Alkermes in Massachusetts seeks a senior commercial strategist to guide early-stage product opportunities through market understanding and commercialization planning. You will synthesize market insights, shape product profiles, and influence within a matrixed organization.

You will co-lead clinical development teams, monitor market dynamics, and generate forecast-based assessments to prioritize indications across therapeutic areas.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced science degree preferred.
• 8 to 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry and/or consulting experience with extensive experience in commercially oriented roles (NPP, specialty marketing, market research).
• Experience in neuroscience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop forward-looking strategies, market positioning and product profiles for pipeline products.
• Co-lead product teams through clinical development phases with cross-functional partners to optimize market value.
• Drive completion of market research initiatives and stay ahead of competitors’ landscape.
• Monitor market developments and translate insights across clinical, commercial and scientific teams.
• Generate market assessments, TPPs, and early forecasts to prioritize indications.
