Job summary

tml Partners, an elite transatlantic law firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for its corporate finance and securities practices from the New York office.

You will partner with senior leadership to translate complex deal structures into persuasive value propositions, craft pitch frameworks, and manage end-to-end bid lifecycles while coordinating market visibility initiatives and thought leadership campaigns.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial marketing and business development experience in professional services.
• Experience in a top-law firm or financial services environment is preferred.
• Solid understanding of debt, equity and high-yield markets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage end-to-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial development strategy for core finance and securities teams.
• Translate deal structures into persuasive value propositions and proposals.
• Develop pitch frameworks and client-ready responses for decision makers.
• Cultivate client development plans and competitive intelligence.
• Lead pitch execution and coordinate visibility campaigns and league tables.
