Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning/architecture/engineering.
• 4 years of community planning or landscape architecture experience.
• DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement comprehensive community planning for USAF bases.
• Prepare conceptual studies and sketches with features and specs.
• Provide project siting recommendations and manage related plans.
• Enter facility data weekly into Base Real Property Inventory records.
• Generate space requests and maintain occupancy databases.
• Ensure safety/compliance per RMS, OSHA, and USAF standards.
• Coordinate airfield waivers with engineers to align ops and planning.
