Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 to 10+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency with Prologue, ERP systems, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger and close processes.
• Manage loan accounting and loan reporting.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and banking regulations.
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal control frameworks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Ensure regulatory filings with FDIC, Federal Reserve, and OCC.
