Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Training in bank financial management or ALCO desirable.
• Ongoing professional development in banking regulations and liquidity management expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
• Oversee accounting, finance, and treasury functions with GAAP compliance.
• Ensure timely financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Lead ALCO and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.
• Present financial results and strategic insights to the Board and CEO.
