Job summary

Corner Alliance seeks a Business Analyst to support a federal government client. You will identify workflow bottlenecks, map processes, and design enhancements to improve throughput and consistency across program activities.

You will maintain audit-ready governance artifacts, manage documentation, and ensure traceability as investment decisions move through review, with remote-first collaboration and occasional in-person meetings in DC area.

Qualifications

• ABachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, workflow development, process mapping, or program operations in technical settings.
• Experience supporting programs with rapid workload growth, complex governance, or multi-stakeholder workflows.
• Experience maintaining audit-ready artifacts documenting decisions, evidence, dependencies, and outcomes.
• US citizenship or permanent resident and ability to pass public trust clearance.
• Experience with SMEs, program managers, and leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow bottlenecks, evaluate process inefficiencies, and propose and implement enhancements across program activities.
• Develop and manage standard operating procedures, templates, guidance documents, and workflow diagrams.
• Perform data validation and completeness checks across documents, datasets, and analytic outputs.
• Prepare draft and final program documentation for review by technical leaders, managers, and executives.
• Maintain disciplined document control practices, versioning, and structured repository organization.
