Job summary

St. Mary's College of Maryland is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Facilities and Planning (AVP-FP), a collaborative, strategic, and operations-focused leader to guide master planning, facilities management, and capital projects.

Reporting to the Vice President for Business and Finance, the AVP-FP will shape growth through investments, lead a skilled team, interact with college leadership, Trustees, and state agencies, and ensure responsible stewardship of the historic waterfront campus.

Responsibilities

• Steward the College's master planning and capital project development.
• Lead, recruit, and retain a talented facilities team and oversee facilities maintenance, operations, and services.
• Collaborate with College departments, senior administration, Trustees, and external partners to advance strategic priorities.
