Job summary

Audio Video Connections designs and installs home theaters, smart home systems, surveillance, conference rooms, and other audio and video solutions. We’re seeking an organized, creative coordinator to support customers, coordinate technicians, and manage marketing projects.

The role is in-person, typically 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with responsibilities including proposals, content creation, and campaigns. You’ll work closely with the owner to execute marketing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing or content creation is preferred.
• Experience with Canva, social content, and email campaigns.
• Organized with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, gather information, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Track technicians' daily assignments and communicate schedule changes.
• Draft proposals from the owner's notes for review.
• Create social media content, ads, and update website content.
• Assist with Google Ads campaigns and review results with the owner.
• Maintain warehouse and vehicle inventory and stage equipment.
