Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, is seeking an Automotive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our North Carolina team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience as you help Holman hire across Sales, Service, and leadership roles.

You’ll develop creative sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, and represent Holman in the community, contributing to a diverse, inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred
• Familiarity with Workday Recruit applicant tracking software preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enhance recruiting strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for various dealership positions
• Source top talent via job boards, social media, networking, and industry resources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers for smooth recruitment and cultural fit
• Provide timely updates and reports to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
• Establish relationships with colleges and technical schools to proactively recruit
• Coordinate and attend job fairs and hiring events
• Manage the interview process, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and extend offers
• Undertake additional projects as assigned
