Kia Georgia is seeking a procurement professional to coordinate purchasing activities with automotive parts suppliers. You will lead RFQs, negotiate long-term agreements, and drive cost reduction while ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

You’ll assess supplier development, ISIR readiness, and monitor supplier performance metrics to implement improvements. Strong Excel/SAP skills and automotive industry experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or related field with 2–5 years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Experience with OEM or parts supplier environments is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and organizational skills are a must.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in company decisions and duties.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate purchasing activities between Kia Georgia and automotive parts suppliers.
• Prepare RFQs for multi-year production quantities and negotiate long-term agreements.
• Monitor supplier timelines for new part development and ensure tooling, packaging, and testing milestones are met.
• Manage supplier base to improve efficiency and track key supplier performance metrics.
