Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation Engineering or related field preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience in automation engineering or project leadership
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, robotics, motion control, and industrial networks

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year automation roadmap across facilities
• Lead automation and capital engineering projects from concept to commissioning
• Provide technical leadership for controls architecture, electrical, instrumentation, SCADA, and manufacturing IT interfaces
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, risks, and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and executive updates; monitor scope, safety, quality, and schedule
