Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Dealmaker in Phoenix to drive inventory deals with dealer partners across unsold auctions and post-sale opportunities, negotiating and closing high-frequency transactions while protecting fee revenue. You will collaborate with internal teams and leverage multiple communication channels to deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ sales experience or deal making within the automotive industry
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex deals successfully
• Strong understanding of the automotive market

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor all assigned unsold auction opportunities to lead deal negotiations between buyer and seller dealer partners to deliver business objectives while retaining auction fees.
• Evaluate opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge to determine the best sales strategy to negotiate a successful sale.
• Drive sales through multiple channels of communication (text, phone, email, and internal slack) in a fast paced environment.
• Meet or exceed all sales goals and KPIs.
