Responsibilities

• Manage lateral associate and counsel hiring for US offices, Toronto, and São Paulo.
• Maintain relationships with legal search firms and analyze market data.
• Draft and update position descriptions and engage with candidates.
• Lead sourcing and marketing strategies to build diverse talent pools.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, offers, and onboarding steps.
• Mentor junior members of the US Recruitment Team.
