• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience.
• Preferred: Administrative Office experience and/or Collegiate Athletics experience.

Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership and Office Administration: act as primary administrator for the Director of Athletics and support executive leadership and operations.
• Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling, travel, engagements, and events.
• Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, presentations, and executive reports.
• Coordinate office operations ensuring workflow alignment and confidentiality.
• Strategic Initiatives and Executive Communications: support departmental initiatives and coordinate communications.
