Parthenon Management Group seeks an Association Manager to lead professional society programs, governance, and strategic planning. You will oversee annual meetings, financial oversight, fundraising, and community outreach. The role requires collaboration with boards and PMG teams to advance the organization’s mission.

The position emphasizes strong communication, team leadership, and budget management within a client-focused, collaborative PMG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Budget management and reporting experience.
• Ability to collaborate with board, volunteers, and donors.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance activities with the Board and committees and prepare minutes.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial statements.
• Plan and implement association programs, meetings, and strategic plans.
• Coordinate annual meetings with PMG Meetings Department and program committees.
• Support fundraising and donor relations initiatives.
