Job summary

Parthenon Management Group seeks an Association Manager to lead professional societies in governance, strategic planning, and program development. You will work closely with the Board of Directors and PMG staff to ensure successful annual meetings, financial oversight, and community outreach.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, tracking action items, and advancing fundraising efforts while maintaining fiscal integrity within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance with the Board of Directors and committees to fulfill the organization’s mission.
• Plan and report strategic planning, meetings, and outcomes for the society.
• Oversee annual meetings, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal integrity.
• Develop programs that carry out the organization’s mission and strategic plan.
• Coordinate with PMG Meetings Department to develop the scientific program and ensure budgets are adhered to.
• Support training and mentoring of new staff; foster a positive workplace culture.
