Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred or equivalent certifications.
• 10+ years of accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GL, AP, AR, Treasury, and Compliance across client accounting operations.
• Lead and develop multi-function accounting teams and managers.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and financial packets for clients and boards.
• Drive internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and technology vendors to improve workflows and automation.
