You will partner with Medical Affairs, Therapeutic Area Leadership, Commercial, Omnichannel, and external partners to modernize content strategy, accelerate compliant delivery, and build scalable engagement

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and extensive experience in Medical Affairs, Commercial, Medical Education, Medical Communications, Content Strategy, or Healthcare Communications.
• Experience leading complex content portfolios and translating commercial strategy into engagement solutions.
• Experience developing promotional content through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review with familiarity with labeling and brand execution.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen for translating evidence into compliant content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated content strategy across educational and promotional initiatives including speaker programs, congress activities, and omnichannel engagement.
• Translate objectives, data, insights, and promotional requirements into effective content solutions.
• Serve as strategic partner to Commercial, Medical Affairs, and regulatory review teams and external stakeholders.
• Use feedback and performance data to optimize content strategy, engagement, and business impact.
• Advance modular, AI-enabled content approaches to improve speed, efficiency, and reuse.
• Identify trends to inform content strategy, channel planning, and capability development.
• Support development of content strategists and leaders by sharing best practices and onboarding resources.
• Manage engagement with agencies and offshore partners to ensure compliant, high-quality delivery.
