Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center in Orlando seeks an Associate Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight for Membership, Aquatics, Wellness, Events & Rentals, and Security, aligning goals and driving organizational growth.

The role focuses on developing high-performing managers, strengthening accountability, and delivering exceptional member experiences while partnering with the Executive Director on budgeting, risk, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, sports management, recreation, marketing, sales or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for RAFC departments: Membership, Aquatics, Wellness, Events & Rentals, and Security.
• Develop managers to achieve operational, financial, and service excellence.
• Establish performance expectations, accountability standards and goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership development initiatives for department managers.
• Foster collaboration among department leaders to ensure a unified member and guest experience.
• Drive revenue growth through memberships, programs, rentals, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
