Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; MBA preferred.
• CPA license or working toward one is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and close activities.
• Own revenue accounting, especially EB3 revenue, and ASC 606 compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support year-end audit.
• Improve accounting policies and internal controls.
