Job summary

Precinmac is seeking an Assistant Controller to report to the Corporate Controller and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting across the organization. This role supports the corporate accounting function and will actively review performance, monitor cash flow projections, and provide analytical support.

The role emphasizes ownership of the compliance program, accurate consolidation of results, and collaboration across entities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting; CMA, CPA and/or MBA required

Responsibilities

• Own the Compliance Program - develop, implement and manage compliance procedures supporting corporate accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform consolidation of the monthly Precinmac financial results.
• Assist the Controller with providing timely and accurate consolidated information to support internal reporting requirements as well as monthly, quarterly and annual corporate reporting requirements.
• Maintain and improve monthly business reporting - constantly prioritizing and highlighting key metrics requiring business action.
• Review monthly financials to ensure accurate and timely reporting by legal entities.
• Support business audits conducted by external auditors, as required.
• Assist with the support of the company's insurance programs working with brokers on coverage analysis and renewal support.
• Assist with integrations of acquired companies.
• Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
