Job summary

Precinmac is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and support the Corporate Controller with consolidated results and cash flow projections.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing finance, a Bachelor's in finance/accounting (CMA/CPA/MBA preferred), and strong technical accounting skills. Travel is expected and ERP experience with Syteline is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing finance required.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge required.
• Excellent consultative and communication skills (oral & written).
• Willingness to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance program and procedures for corporate accounting policies.
• Consolidate monthly financial results and support internal reporting.
• Review balance sheets, analyze anomalies and ensure timely reporting.
