Constellation Energy Corp. seeks an Asset Optimization Manager to lead financial modeling and valuation for its nuclear generation fleet and broader generation portfolio.

You will build rigorous analyses to inform capital allocation and strategic decisions shaping Constellation's energy future. You will collaborate across functions to evaluate performance, quantify risks and opportunities, and develop compelling business cases for executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• 8 years of experience in finance or related analytical field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and discounted cash flow valuation.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset-specific financial models for valuation and long-term planning of Constellation’s generation portfolio.
• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate operational and financial performance of assets, identify drivers of value, and assess risks.
• Apply modeling and valuation to inform capital allocation decisions, deals, regulatory initiatives and corporate development.
• Support long-term strategy by evaluating operational and financial initiatives.
• Translate analyses into clear business cases and materials for executives and Board.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
