You will guide cross-functional teams, translate complex analyses into clear recommendations, and collaborate with executive leadership to support long-term energy strategy and regulatory initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• 8 years of experience in finance, investment banking, investment management, corporate development, valuation, or a related analytical field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and discounted cash flow valuation.
• Demonstrated ability to apply strategic, analytical, research and critical-thinking skills to complex business problems and communicate clear, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset-specific financial models to support long-term valuation, investment analysis, and strategic planning for Constellation’s nuclear generation fleet.
• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate current and future operational and financial performance of generation assets, identify key drivers of asset value, and assess risks and opportunities for value creation.
• Apply financial modeling and valuation analysis to inform capital allocation decisions, commercial transactions, regulatory initiatives, and corporate development and project finance opportunities.
• Support long-term strategic and business planning processes by developing and evaluating operational and financial initiatives.
• Translate complex financial, operational, and commercial analysis into clear business cases and decision materials for executive leadership and the Board.
