Job summary

LMI is seeking an Army Food Modernization Analyst to support HQDA G-4 operations in the Pentagon. The role focuses on strategic planning, portfolio analysis, resource integration, performance management, and executive decision support.

Ideal candidates will have advanced credentials with DoD clearance eligibility, strong quantitative and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across stakeholders. Travel is limited, and prior experience with Army food programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 9 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with 11 years of experience.
• Familiarity with the Army Food Program.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate among stakeholders.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and related software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Some travel required (less than 20%).
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the U.S. Army’s portfolio for the Army food modernization program and provides analytical support.
• Tracks and performs administrative requirements in ETMS 2 for G-44 Materiel Management.
• Conducts analysis using AFMIS-DSS and Army Food Information Management System.
• Evaluates Army Audit Agency and GAO reports and assists in advisory responses.
• Prepares presentations and talking points for DCS, G-4 Senior Leadership.
• Liaises with other services, agencies, and commands to develop best practices.
• Develops performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical products for leadership visibility.
• Supports strategic planning, investment analysis, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Supports business development activities including market research and proposals.
