Job summary

LMI is seeking a Senior Supply Chain and Food Modernization Analyst to support HQDA G-4 operations, including portfolio management, strategic planning, and executive decision support. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights, performance metrics, and cross-agency collaboration for Army food modernization initiatives.

Candidates should have advanced degrees or extensive experience, strong briefing skills, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 9+ years of experience in defense logistics.
• Familiarity with the Army Food Program.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills; autonomous work style.
• Ability to brief General Officers and Senior Executives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Some travel required (<20%).
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Army food modernization portfolio; provide analytics.
• Track requirements in ETMS 2 for G-44 Materiel Management.
• Analyze AFMIS-DSS and DoD reports; prepare advisory responses.
• Develop presentations and talking points for senior leadership.
• Support market research, proposals, and client engagement.
• Create dashboards and performance metrics for leadership visibility.
