VIVA USA Inc. in Salt Lake City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to proactively collect past due invoices, send account statements, and support intercompany billings. You will work with the AR team to maintain customer master data and assist with month-end processes.

The role requires 3+ years in AR/collections, familiarity with ERP systems, and a collaborative approach. Training starts onsite, then a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AR credit and collections experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and AR functions.
• Foundational understanding of debits and credits related to AR.

Responsabilités

• Make collection calls for past due invoices and set weekly collection goals.
• Maintain notes in the SAP FSCM module and follow up on actions.
• Resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans for past due balances.
• Understand sales processes and instrument ownership for effective customer communication.
• Interact with AR Manager, SR Manager, Controller, and Legal on issues.
• Support AR email inbox and exemption certificates as needed.
• Assist with annual audit and month-end close procedures.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure quality procedures.
