Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in finance, with at least 5 years in credit & collections within manufacturing or relationship-driven environments, a solid AR background, and ERP systems experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience, incl. 5+ years in credit & collections.
• Strong understanding of AR, credit risk, and cash flow processes.
• Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR and collections processes across subsidiaries.
• Manage credit limits and credit files with agencies.
• Oversee cash application and weekly cash flow reporting.
• Review A/P payments and banking reports.
• Identify automation and process efficiency improvements.
