Job summary

Merz Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to support Order-to-Cash, customer master data, collections, and the payment portal. This role partners with field sales and internal partners across US and Canada to ensure accurate and efficient AR operations.

The position emphasizes process improvement, SOP development, and ERP-related enhancements to strengthen cash flow and working capital. A finance/Accounting background with AR expertise is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5-7 years of experience in collections/accounts receivable/general finance required.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred, including AR processes, system implementations, enhancements, testing, or post-go-live improvements.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform collections and cash application; manage past due inquiries and resolution.
• Maintain customer master data and support the payment portal and portal issues.
• Support SOPs, process improvement, and automation initiatives within AR.
• Provide reporting on DSO, CEI, past due metrics, and cash forecast accuracy.
