The role focuses on delivering compliant, maintainable applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement through automation and effective documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, supporting, and maintaining complex business applications in production.
• Strong understanding of application configuration, IAM, integrations, testing, change control, incident management, and vendor support processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to isolate issues and document resolutions.
• Experience developing test plans, technical documentation, support procedures, and user guidance.
• Experience identifying and implementing process automation or technology-efficiency improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently while escalating material risks appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and support assigned business applications per standards and vendor requirements.
• Monitor application availability, performance, integrations, and system health; document and resolve incidents.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams; escalate to vendors when needed and track issues to resolution.
• Maintain application configurations, environments, interfaces, and supporting components.
• Manage software licensing and utilization; support renewal and capacity planning.
• Stay aware of product roadmaps, release schedules, and support lifecycles.
