Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Application Portfolio Manager to oversee the health, performance, and strategic alignment of the digital delivery program across the Bentley Portfolio. You will manage roadmaps, initiatives, and governance while coordinating with business units, vendors, and corporate technology teams.

You will also drive release management, portfolio health assessments, and stakeholder communications, leading cross‑functional teams to deliver optimal user experience and technology value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT experience including managing multiple projects.
• Minimum 5 years in people management with direct reports.
• Experience aligning technology portfolios with business goals.
• Experience with enterprise software portfolios and governance.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the digital delivery program across technology portfolios.
• Oversee roadmap planning, initiative development, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Coordinate release management lifecycle and vendor communications.
• Lead cross‑functional teams with technology leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor portfolio health and performance.
