Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Application Portfolio Manager to align digital delivery programs with business goals across Bentley products. You will lead roadmap planning, cross-functional coordination, and vendor engagement to optimize performance and reliability.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong governance, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise ecosystems, with a focus on user experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Application Manager and knowledge of Bentley products.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and IT governance.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and end users to support enterprise adoption.
• Awareness of portfolio tracking, reporting, and roadmapping tools.
• Experience with data analytics, BI, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain partnerships with vendor teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate portfolio roadmaps, quarterly reviews, and initiative tracking.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technology and user communities.
• Ensure governance standards and compliance across the portfolio.
• Oversee licensing, procurement, security, and release management.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for portfolio monitoring.
• Support training, integration, and user experience improvements.
