Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Consultant to lead partner onboarding and API integrations within Strategic Partnerships and Affiliates. You will coordinate discovery, testing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional programs to deliver measurable outcomes for B2B and B2C partners.

The role requires deep API knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple work streams while leveraging automation tools such as Python scripting, n8n, Zapier, and LangChain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical integrations, implementation consulting, API support, or solutions engineering.
• Practical knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication, web hooks, API testing tools, and JSON/XML/CSV data formats.
• Able to use logs, data, and technical evidence to identify root causes and provide clear guidance.
• Excellent communication to explain complex technical concepts to partners and leaders.
• Strong project management skills with multiple concurrent work streams and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Python scripting, workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier), monitoring tools, and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., LangChain).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with partners and internal teams on use cases, requirements, constraints, and success measures.
• Own partner onboarding and API integration from discovery to launch, coordinating milestones and escalations.
• Guide partners through integration setup, data exchange, testing, and troubleshooting, and lead root-cause analysis.
• Build relationships with external partners; represent Expedia Group’s technical needs to internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional technical programs aligning engineering, product, and business around measurable outcomes.
• Create integration playbooks, SOPs, and training; identify repetitive onboarding tasks to automate.
