Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the property and supervise staff.
• Analyze financial statements, set rents, and ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage relationships with owners and contractors.
