Job summary

Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, seeks an Analyst to support the Air National Guard Plans and Programs Directorate. The role requires knowledge of ANG structure and the ability to draft policy and briefings for senior leaders. Responsibilities include researching complex issues, preparing papers, coordinating with HAF, NGB, MAJCOMs and the ANG, and supporting SP3/PPBE processes.

Travel 0-10%. Must be a U.S. citizen with a current Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree and DoD/AF experience required.
• Secret clearance required and U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Draft information papers, background papers, or briefings for senior leaders.
• Analyze issues and compare alternatives considering strategic implications.
• Review policy papers and assess impact on the ANG.
• Support the ANG Director’s Action Group and represent the DANG.
• Coordinate with HAF, NGB, MAJCOMs, Joint Staffs and States.
• Develop and revise the ANG strategy documents.
• Provide surge support for PPBE, SP3, and related processes.
