Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, finance, or related field
• 1–3 years in business analysis, strategy, operations, or consulting
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to draw structured conclusions from data
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior audiences
• Solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and good organizational habits
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Genuine interest in software industry and growth of technology businesses

Responsabilités

• Strategy and market intelligence: support Americas go-to-market strategy, market sizing, competitive analysis, and opportunity identification
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer segments, producing briefs for senior stakeholders
• Maintain a competitive intelligence tracker for HCM and accountancy software markets
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and strategic planning cycles
• Tackle ad hoc strategic projects as priorities shift
• Business operations: design and upkeep of program trackers with clear owners, milestones, and visibility
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and track actions to keep workstreams on schedule
• Analyze business performance data to support day-to-day decisions
• Contribute to the AI agenda by evaluating tools and embedding AI workflows
• Customer renewal programs: manage renewal pipelines and support Customer Success
• Analyze renewal data to identify at-risk accounts and improvement opportunities
• Build renewal dashboards and reporting in Salesforce
• Assist in renewal review materials and governance
