Job summary

FirstKey Homes seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to develop KPI reporting and partner with department leaders to drive operational insights. You will build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, use SQL to model data, and apply Python for data modeling.

Strong communication is essential to influence executive decision-making. You will collaborate with FP&A, Operations, and Accounting on planning, forecasting, and reporting to support budgeting and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or CS with relevant experience.
• 2+ years in analytically driven roles with advanced PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel skills.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and strong communication for executive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document leadership reporting requirements and support KPI reporting.
• Build customized Power BI dashboards and ad hoc reports with key metrics.
• Maintain data mapping docs and explain source system representations.
• Provide forward-looking analyses and executive-level presentations.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, and Accounting for planning and reporting.
