Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Computer Science with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of analytically driven experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel skills for executive messaging.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Experience with large datasets, extracting insights.
• Ability to manage data and extract exceptions for performance management.
• Strong process orientation and change management.
• Experience in cross-functional technical environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Build Power BI dashboards and reports with key metrics and ad hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with leaders to design KPI reporting and executive analyses.
• Analyze data from Enterprise Data Warehouse using SQL for dashboards.
• Develop Python models and advanced Excel analyses for ad hoc needs.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, and Accounting on planning and reporting.
• Lead special projects and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Identify opportunities and build business cases with sensitivity analysis.
