Job summary

TransUnion seeks an experienced Advisor, Solutions Consulting to partner with Global Fraud Solutions and Communications Solutions teams. You will analyze large datasets, translate findings into strategic recommendations, and influence product strategy and go-to-market plans.

This hybrid role requires 8+ years in analytics, strong SQL and Excel skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. Travel up to 10% is expected, with access to health, retirement, and tuition benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience translating complex information into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends and support product or commercial decisions.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous business problems and move work forward with limited direction.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across technical, product, commercial, and operational teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an analytics partner across Global Fraud Solutions and Communications Solutions to influence product strategy and GTM decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify customer needs, fraud trends, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate across units to evaluate and prioritize high-value market opportunities based on demand and data.
• Lead research into evolving fraud vectors, attack methodologies, and market needs for new capabilities.
• Develop analytical frameworks and proofs of concept to validate use cases and guide investments.
• Support design and testing of next-generation fraud solutions, including pilots.
• Translate findings into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop analytical tools to improve the sales lifecycle and identify opportunities.
• Navigate ambiguous questions, establish an analytical approach, and drive initiatives from research to execution.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences to build alignment.
