Qualifications

• Shape the product agenda: identify unmet needs, size opportunities, and influence strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Insight to action: explain why and what to do, build metrics and narratives for leaders.
• Platform-minded analytics: partner with product and engineering to create durable data products.
• Execution: manage delivery of analyses across multiple experiences and stakeholders.
• Partnership: work across Capital One with product, engineering, HR, and leadership to ensure actions are taken.
