Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering).
• At least 2 years of experience in analysis.
• Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 1+ year of experience in consulting.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Leadership: May manage and develop 1-2 analysts and mentor associates.
• Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product level modeling/analytics.
• Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and inform new customer experiences.
• Credit Risk: Drive improvements in credit performance with risk models and monitoring.
• Execution: Manage delivery of business requirements and oversee multiple projects.
• Partnership: Work with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to drive quality and profitability.
• Strategic & analytic orientation: Strong quantitative decision making and analytics.
• Executive communication: Impeccable written and oral communication for influencing.
• Results orientation: Focused on short and long-term goals in a dynamic environment.
• Consulting: Previous consulting experience is a plus.
