The role requires deep health plan economics knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into compelling strategic business cases for senior management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role.
• 5 years of a demonstrated track record of leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable business strategies.
• 3 years of clinical experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects focused on program optimization across clinical areas.
• Design and execute data-driven strategic analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality and performance improvements.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and business cases for senior management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders and propose analytical solutions.
• Identify strategic gaps and develop improvement proposals.
• Develop robust impact models and monitor effectiveness of initiatives.
• Mentor junior analytical staff on problem-solving approaches and frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level presentations with clear narratives and insights.
