Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy required; active pharmacist license.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare analytics, data science, informatics, consulting, or strategic analysis.
• Experience working with healthcare data systems and electronic health records.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that support enterprise initiatives and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses that integrate clinical performance, operational metrics, financial outcomes, and market trends to inform strategic planning and organizational priorities.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and executive-level presentations that translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with data engineering, IT, and analytics teams to develop scalable data pipelines and integrated data models that improve data accessibility and support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability through monitoring, validation, and data management best practices.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT system services to support CDS and workflows within the EHR.
• Monitor impact of informatics initiatives and changes on workflows and patient outcomes.
• Establish partnerships across pharmacy, IT, finance, and clinical leadership to drive strategy.
• Communicate complex analytics to senior executives and clinical leaders.
