Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Senior Strategic Analytics Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to Pharmacy leadership and systemwide executives. You’ll lead advanced analytics, data infrastructure, and informatics to drive data-driven strategy across BILH Pharmacy.

You will partner with IT, clinical stakeholders, and analytics teams to transform clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights, supporting enterprise initiatives and optimized workflows within the EHR.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelors in Pharmacy with an active license.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare analytics, informatics, or strategic analysis.
• Expertise in analytics, data modelling, and financial modelling.
• Experience with healthcare data systems and EHRs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Perform analyses integrating clinical, operational, financial data and trends.
• Build business cases and executive-level presentations translating findings.
• Collaborate to develop scalable data pipelines and integrated models.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability with standards.
• Support optimization of medication-related CDS and workflows in EHR.
• Monitor informatics initiatives and their impact on workflows and outcomes.
• Partner with leadership across pharmacy, IT, and finance for initiatives.
• Communicate complex concepts to executives and clinical leaders.
• Identify risks and opportunities; provide data-driven mitigation.
• Track industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
• Mentor analytics and data teams for capability growth.
