Qualifications

• 7+ years in a hands-on analytical role solving complex business problems.
• 4+ years of direct management experience.
• Ability to translate technical data into plain English for leadership.
• 5+ years writing complex SQL for data extraction and modeling.
• 4+ years of BI visualization with Tableau/Power BI/Looker.
• Experience with GA4 or Adobe Analytics, and strong data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive-level summaries and Next-Best-Action recommendations.
• Design and oversee self-service visualizations with real-time benchmarking.
• Lead and grow a team of analysts fostering technical excellence.
• Perform deep-dive behavioral analytics on web, email, and app engagement.
• Prototype and deploy AI agents to automate routine diagnostics.
• Collaborate with Agile Engineering and Data Platforms teams on data schemas.
