Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 3 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 1 year of people management experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Own P&L for a business segment and plan strategically for 1–6 months.
• Lead and develop analysts; mentor teams across the organization.
• Develop and implement pricing and product strategies for lending products.
