Breckenridge Grand Vacations is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a team of Data Analysts and SQL Developers, owning end-to-end analytics from intake through delivery and aligning work with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You will implement Agile Scrum and drive high-quality outputs that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in project management, analytics, BI, or related field.
• Proven experience leading a technical team.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
• Strong decision-making and risk assessment abilities.
• Business-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analysts and SQL Developers, managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Oversee end-to-end analytics projects from intake to prioritization and delivery.
• Implement Agile Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely, quality outputs.
• Translate business objectives into clearly defined analytics deliverables and timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and insights to leadership across departments.
• Maintain rigorous documentation, validation, and quality control standards.
• Coach analysts to strengthen critical thinking and data storytelling.
• Identify and deliver reporting and analytics needs to drive strategic decisions.
• Continuously improve analytics workflows, tools, and processes.
• Present complex findings to executives in a clear format.
