Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Analytics & Data Science department.
• Provide oversight, direction and development for Analytics & Data Science team.
• Transform data into actionable information for customer segments.
• Support healthcare programs, value-based partnerships, and provider reimbursement strategy through strategic data analysis.
• Establish measurement standards and identify relationships in data.
• Lead analysis and mining of multiple data sources and develop statistical models.
• Present findings to Executive Leadership to drive business decisions.
• Design dashboards and define key metrics and data sources.
