Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Senior Director of Analytics to lead strategy and execution across complex sourcing and category portfolios, turning spend, utilization, market, supplier, and operational data into actionable insights that drive financial and organizational value.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams and establish scalable analytical approaches and performance measures, partnering with Kaiser Permanente and Vizient leaders to inform sourcing strategies and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant analytics experience.
• Experience leading analytics, BI, financial analysis, or supply chain analytics.
• Healthcare, supply chain, sourcing, or regulated enterprise experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of analytics methods, data visualization, and reporting.
• Ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience building scalable analytics frameworks and dashboards.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and execution across complex sourcing and category initiatives.
• Analyze spend, utilization, supplier performance, market dynamics, and cost drivers.
• Develop scalable analytics frameworks, dashboards and performance measures.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define analytical requirements.
• Oversee analytics for RFI/RFP processes and scenario modeling.
• Establish governance and data-quality standards for reporting.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Lead and develop analytics talent and promote advanced capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with Kaiser Permanente and Vizient leaders.
