Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science/Analytics or related field is required.
• 2+ years of practical business experience in financial services preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand data and business operations to formulate questions and deliver insights to executives.
• Identify business opportunities using data and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Conduct independent research, assess priorities, and adapt to changing needs with minimal supervision.
• Develop advanced analytical techniques to respond to market dynamics.
• Utilize Snowflake, DBeaver and Tidal in data environments.
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning for large-scale analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Define KPIs and metrics to track strategic initiatives’ progress.
• Develop business cases and present performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Participate in interviews, hires, and training of new staff.
